Meet Your Personal Shopper
Having a Personal Shopper doesn't have to be something only the rich and famous can take advantage of anymore. At Sleep Squad, once you set your appointment, you'll be assigned someone that will be dedicated to helping you find the right mattress for you, even if that means pointing you to another merchant if we don't carry what you're looking for in our line up.
Because we know you are inviting us into your home, we take our hiring practices very seriously. All of our Personal Shoppers and their assistants must pass extensive personal background checks and drug testing before they put on the Sleep Squad uniform. Then we take them through comprehensive product training so they can give you complete and accurate information about the beds you're trying with us as well as some of the other options you have in the market.
How does your Personal Shopper help you make the right selection?
Hospitable: During your appointment, your Personal Shopper will offer you a cup of coffee and take time to answer all your questions. He’ll explain the features of each bed and how different construction methods and materials impact the comfort.
Hover-free: He’ll give you space. With every bed you test, your Personal Shopper will step outside and let you get comfortable—something that’s hard to do with a salesman standing over you in the middle of a large showroom. After a couple of minutes, he’ll come back and answer any additional questions you have.
Helpful and Honest: If find that neither of your original choices is quite right, your Personal Shopper will work with you to find some other options. If there’s a bed we carry that would better suite your needs, he’ll bring it back for you to try. If we don’t carry the right bed for you, he’ll refer you to another sleep shop that does.
Handy: After you’ve selected the mattress that you want, he and his assistant will set it up for you and take away your old one.
