Simmons Mattress Exchanges and Return Policy:

Simmons Beautyrest and Natural Care mattresses may be exchanged for a same-sized mattress of equal or greater value. Because sleeping on a different bed can take a few days to get accustomed to, we do require that you give your new mattress at least 30 days prior to making the exchange. In that time, you’ll have time to get used to the new bed or get a better sense of what features give you the comfort you desire.

If you select another mattress at a higher price, the price difference must be paid at the time the exchange is made. You’ll never have to renegotiate a deal because the price on our web site is always the price you pay. Limit 1 exchange per customer.

All exchanges must be in like new condition with all tags still attached. All conditions of the warranty must be met.  Sleep Squad reserves the right to inspect all exchanges.

Please be aware that Simmons mattresses are not eligible for return.

Simmons Box Springs: All Simmons box spring sales are final.

DeepSleep Mattresses: All sales of Simmons DeepSleep mattresses are final.

Tempur-Pedic Mattress Exchange and Return Policy:

Tempur-Pedic Mattress Exchanges: You may exchange your mattress for one of equal or greater value within the first 60 days after delivery. If you select another mattress at a higher price, the price difference must be paid at the time the exchange is made. Limit 1 exchange per customer.

Tempur-Pedic Mattress Returns: You may return your Tempur-Pedic mattress within 60 days of delivery for a full refund, minus a $249 reverse shipping fee. We will arrange for your pickup. Any “free with purchase” accessories must be returned with the mattress.

Tempur-Pedic Foundations: Tempur-Pedic Foundations can be returned within 60 days of delivery for a full refund as long as it is returned with the Tempur-Pedic mattress. Foundations may not be returned or exchanged alone.

Tempur-Pedic Exchanges and Returns must be in like-new condition and all conditions of the warranty must be met.  Sleep Squad reserves the right to inspect all returns and exchanges.

Adjustable bases: There are no refunds or cancellations for adjustable bases.

Bedroom Furniture, Bed Frames, Linens, Pillows and other accessories

Accessories may be returned if they are unused and in their original packaging.

Because WildCat Territory bedding is made to order, all sales are final. We will provide you an opportunity to see swatches before you place your order.

Custom Orders and Special Orders
In order to satisfy special customer requirements, it is occasionally necessary for us to place a “special” order. We will let you know it is a special order before you make your purchase. Special orders do not qualify for exchange or return.

Discontinued / Clearance Items
Discontinued / Clearance Items are considered final sale and are non returnable.
